Order Information

For you to place your order we require your name and address and email address. A contact number is also ideally required so that we may contact you if any urgent problems arise with your order.  Prices do not include delivery, which will be confirmed with your order requirement.  Payment methods include: bank transfer, Paypal or cash at a track.

Delivery in the UK.

We order in bulk, with the next order scheduled in May. We will then e-mail you with an estimated delivery date.

Trade Descriptions

Every care is taken to ensure that the colour, descriptions and measurements are correct when published. All specifications and dimensions are approximate and whilst we have taken every effort to reproduce colour accurately, there may be slight colour variation. Some products are made of natural fibres and may vary slightly from the products pages displayed.

Returns and Refunds Policy

You may return your order (once accepted by us) within 30 days of delivery of the product. You must give us written notice by post or email. Any refunds will be refunded via source of payment (excluding any postage costs incurred by us). All cancelled items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all original packing. We are happy to exchange or refund if the product is considered faulty by us, you will incur no return postage costs else the above conditions apply. This does affect your statutory rights.
